Parents, including me, love to brag about their children. They seem to have an innate ability to see talents and gifts in their offspring that others just don’t see and that other children apparently don’t have.There is no doubt in my mind that the parents we are going to read about today were proud of their Son. They of course knew from the outset that He was special, really special, but instead of boasting about Him to others, they marvelled as others sang His praises instead. That’s what we’re going to be looking at this morning, in the final message of our series “ 'Tis the season."
