God’s thoughts and ways are higher than our thoughts and ways. We frequently can’t fathom what He’s doing in our lives or why. But, of this we can be certain, we can’t instruct Him, enlighten Him, teach Him, or show Him the path of understanding. Instead, we should ask Him for His grace to simply trust Him. To say along with Mary, “I am the Lord’s servant, may His word to me be fulfilled.” Those are the lessons we want to learn this Sunday in the 2nd message in our Christmas series, 'Tis the season.
