Both the women we'll be looking at this week had a number of commendable attributes but also their share of flaws. One of them had to deal with the hurt of infertility, the other, with the hurt of rejection. Neither fared particularly well with those challenges. Both Sarah and Hagar were indeed remarkable, but at the same time, quite unremarkable. In fact, in many ways, they were just like us.
