People don’t often think of the sixth and final SHIFT towards MORE as “spiritual,” but it is profoundly so. This SHIFT demands that we develop a new view of time. How we trust God, how we love others, whether we think we have time to pray, read God’s Word, or serve others – all are shaped by our view of time. A life of MORE is lived in the moment, planning for but nonetheless trusting God to handle the future. Those living the abundant life, love God and love people right now. They’re increasingly free from anxiety, worry, fear, and distraction. They don’t need to know exactly what’s next; they only need to know who’s in charge of what’s next and to be in an intimate relationship with Him.
