Marital infidelity is a prevalent problem, even amongst Christians. Everyone, at the very least, knows someone who has been affected by it in some way. Maybe you were personally on the receiving end of an unfaithful spouse, or perhaps you were the unfaithful spouse. It’s possible your marriage survived the ordeal, but if the stats are to be believed, then in all likelihood, it didn’t. So why I am ruining your Sunday morning by talking about marital infidelity? Because in Genesis 39, a godly young man called Joseph, who happens to be *the fourth key individual in our series, “Genesis – Back to the beginning,” provides us with a very practical example of how to avoid infidelity. As we’ll discover, he found himself in a very tricky situation with his Egyptian boss, Potiphar’s wife, but by God’s grace managed to navigate it successfully, at least from a moral point of view
