In studying SHIFT 4 last week toward a life of MORE (intimacy with God), we took a bird’s eye view of all the “one another” commands that we are given as Christians and noted that 33% of those have to do with loving one another. “Love one another.” “Love one another.”

That rolls so easily off the tongue, doesn’t it?

But biblical love, the kind of love we are meant to have for one another does not come easily. In fact, if we are going to consistently demonstrate it to one another, it’s going to require another important, somewhat painful SHIFT in our thoughts and actions. In the former, we'll be required to move from full to empty, in the latter, we'll be asked to love, serve, and even die.
